As we all know, the pressure and flow parameters have a direct impact on the cleaning effect of high-pressure cleaning machine.


The pressure is selected according to the hardness and strength of the material to be cleaned and scale. The utility model mainly solves the problem whether the scaling substance can be effectively destroyed.


Flow is mainly used to solve the problem of cleaning speed, that is, cleaning efficiency.

 

The pressure change of high-pressure water cleaning equipment will affect other parameters of the system, and proper adjustment of the corresponding pressure parameters can reduce the pressure loss along the way to obtain the best strike force.

 

The pressure loss caused by the flow of high-pressure water in the high-pressure jet gun is very large, and the maximum pressure loss can account for 60% of the total pressure loss of the high-pressure washer.


The nozzle is the core element that can directly convert the pressure energy of high-pressure water into the speed energy of crushing scale, and its performance and quality determine the cleaning efficiency of high-pressure washer.


The best choice of high-pressure nozzle:


The high-pressure water from the high-pressure water pump is delivered to the high-pressure nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline, and the high-speed water jet after energy conversion is ejected from the high-pressure nozzle. Therefore, the high-pressure nozzle must ensure the full play of the rated pressure, flow and power of the high-pressure water pump. In addition, the nozzle aperture must be accurately calculated to adapt to the rated state of the high-pressure pump, and its expression formula is:


D - inner diameter of nozzle, mm;


Q - rated flow of water pump, L/min;


P - Rated pressure of high-pressure water pump, kg/cm ²;


N - Number of nozzle holes;


μ — Nozzle structure coefficient, 0.06-0.7;


Φ — Nozzle type coefficient, 1.05-1.2.

 

When the rated pressure P and rated flow Q of the high-pressure water pump are determined, the nozzle diameter d is the fixed value and cannot be changed at will. If the diameter d is larger, even if it is 0.1-0.2mm, the pressure P will certainly decrease when the flow Q of the constant displacement pump is constant. In other words, the pump will work at a lower pressure, thus reducing the cleaning efficiency of the high-pressure cleaner. If the diameter d is selected as small, the flow Q will certainly decrease when the rated pressure P remains unchanged. Since the flow Q of the constant displacement pump will not change, part of the flow will inevitably overflow back to the water tank through the bypass valve, resulting in a waste of energy and a decrease in the cleaning efficiency.
